My Program:
**My Food Plan:
Paleo style diet - Whole food, limited processed food while staying within my calorie and nutrient ranges.

**My Workout Plan:
~Visit the gym 3 times/wk
~ST - Using free weights and machines at the gym. Whole body workout 3 time/wk.
~Cardio - 30+minutes/day (treadmill, elliptical, LS dvd, walking in the neighborhood or hiking)
~Flexibility - Yoga or Qigong - 20+ minutes/ day

Hi Julee, thanks for checking in on me......has NOT been a good week, but I am pushing through and bringing up the rear.
