Hey I am Natalie and I first would like to say thanks for stopping by my Page and taking the time out to get to know me I am truly looking forward to connecting with you guys and hopefully someone will be motivated by me and I am looking for the same inspiration from you guys. Let me start by saying that I never been my Ideal weight not even as a child I probably always weight a extra 5-10 lb but I was very active all my Life plus I grew up in a very healthy way of living being from Germany and all, once I moved to the US 15 years ago and 160 lb's later , I had to finally say enough is enough. When I joined this forum back in 2/12 I weighed 318lbs and I am not trying to write this Novel but to make a long Story short I put 22lbs on since I quit smoking Cigaretts and I am now at 341lbs that is only 9lbs away from my highest weight EVER!! And all this happened in only a little over a month! I never ever want to go back to 350 lbs I was feeling terrible at that weight (the body aches, the swollen ankles, not being able to enjoy myself my heart pulpatations , the depression and anxietys) I can feel it all creeping back up!! NO I will not go back there again I want to be alive , I want my Life back not Tomorrow but Now. Failure is not an option at this time, so please Join me in my Journey of Weightloss!!!

10/25/12 Quick Update: Have I fallen off the Wagon I guess you can say that I gained weight I am now at 347lb "OUCH" just a minor set back for a major come back, I joined WeightWatchers 10/23/12 and I am excited because I know that is what I need....ACCOUNTABILITY!!!

My Goals:
My number 1 Goal right now is to get out of the 300lb range I would like to be 280lbs by November and for once I would like to be 179lbs which is my Ideal weight, even though I think that would be kind of low for me I would like to see what I look and feel like at that weight and if I don't like it I can always gain it back :) We all know that want be a problem.
