Hello fellow Sparkers! I fell off the wagon. I could blame it on health issues and time, but that would be a cop out. I gave in to the fatigue. I gave in to the discomfort. I gave in to laziness. I used my health problems as excuses instead of as motivation. So what started out as minor fatigue and discomfort ended up spiraling to "barely can function". Why? Because I gave in early on. Hello fellow Sparkers! I fell off the wagon. I could blame it on health issues and time, but that would be a cop out. I gave in to the fatigue. I gave in to the discomfort. I gave in to laziness. I used my health problems as excuses instead of as motivation. So what started out as minor fatigue and discomfort ended up spiraling to "barely can function". Why? Because I gave in early on. I can't do this anymore. I'm tired of being the "big-boned" friend with a great smile, adventurous attitude and great personality. I want to be the one that turns heads because I'm bangin! I want to have the incredible energy I once did to do all the things I choose to do. I want to run the charity races instead of walk them. I want to look on the outside the way I feel on the inside. I am woman!!! Hear me Roar!!!
