to lose these 50 lbs again and keep it off this time!!!

I plan to do this by..

workout as scheduled!

eat cleaner.

log my food!

wear my fitbit (except when I sleep) so I know how many cals I'm burning everyday

log into SPARK for support and motivation!

bust my ass and not give up (ive done this so many times while gaining the weight back) and where did that get me? UGH!

I just want to feel happy, confident & strong again..That was such an amazing feeling!

Now I feel sad, tired, lazy, disgusting, embarrassed of letting myself go and angry at myself for not doing something about it before it got to this point!

Im in the process of knowing I CAN do this! Ive done it once before. I AM a strong minded woman and I can do whatever I put my mind to.

IT'S GO TIME!




My Program:
I'm really into the workouts @ BodyRock.tv the workouts are short (12-15 minutes) but SUPER intense! And they are FREE!! You can also find them on youtube by searching bodyrock.tv or charliejames1975 (there are tons to choose from) Zuzana is so motivating!


In addition to the BodyRock.tv workouts (in the A.M) Mon thru Sat

I will be lifing weights.
Tues, Thurs & Sat

I will also add at least 2 HIIT workouts on the treadmill per week

I just joined sparkpeople today and wanted to let you know that I liked your page and am wondering how you liked the JM body revolution and how it worked for you? I started it a few months ago and then got off track, but am going to be starting up again. I am looking for something that I can / will stick with. Hope you had good results and good luck to you!

HEy! That's wonderful! I'm glad to hear you're finding out what works for your mind and body! =D Those bodyrocks ARE hard, but isn't that the whole point?! =D You gotta give your 100% and those results you want will come! Bodyrock seriously changed my life! hah! I could go on and on about it =]

I missed Zuzana REALLY badly at first also.. honestly I kind of stopped doing bodyrock for awhile and focused on some other HIIT sites I know of just because I was so heartbroken over the split.. but now that zuzana is back in action and doing those zwows every week, I'm getting my Z fix and I'm a happy clam! =] also Lisa has grown on me as well, at first her spunky attitude drove me nuts, but now i find that it pumps me UP =]

Anyway, I hope you're having a great day!! Keep up the awesome work girl! =]=]

Hey there Joyce! Thanks for the add! I added you back =] How are things going for you on this journey to fitness and wellness???? I see from your latest blogs (last one was March though I think?) that you were trying out Jillian Michael's Body Revolution! How did you like that?? I've done lots of her OTHER dvds, but heard good things about that longer program.. did you finish it through? Did you have good results??

I also see on your sparkpage that you are doing Bodyrock now!! That ROCKS! I have been doing bodyrock workouts since August '11 and it has seriously changed my life!!! The results I've seen in my body and mind have been incredible, and I really couldn't recommend them to anyone MORE! Short, effective, totally empowering.. I'm glad you've found them! =] How long have you been working out to them?? Seeing results??

ANYWAY, I'll stop blabbing =p I hope you're having a great day/week/month and I'm looking forward to getting to know each other better! =] Cheers!
