Enough is enough!

So I was (more than 50, less than 100) lbs. lighter after I gave birth to my second child 7 years ago. I gained 30 lbs., lost ~20, then gained the 20 back plus some more. I'm tired of all my cute clothes not fitting me. I'm tired of seeing a double chin in pictures of me.

Drink water
Workout 3-5 time/week
Stop eating out as much
Select healthy food options

Personal Information:
I have a 16 year old son and a 7 year old daughter that keep me pretty busy. Being busy is what has me as big as I am now. I know I need to slow down a little bit so I can focus on my health.

Other Information:
I have started water aerobics again and hope it will help me to get my weight back down again.

Occasion—Need my leaves raked.
