Anne thank you so much for the flower it is beautiful, I also love orchids.....

I am doing ok, I have been off kilter for about a month and have gained 3.4 pounds this month and need to get back on track.

All else is doing well

Thanks for the Fruit Salad. It was the perfect gift, as I have been struggling on the food side of things. I have been making strides in the exercise department (hee hee). I am really nervous about the coming week, because I will be helping host a conference. So I will be at a hotel all hours and I am not sure what kinds of healthy foods will b e around. . . .

I am off from work today, so I guess it's time for some strtegic planning. I hope things are going well for you! emoticon

We've got to get together for a nice walk some afternoon as spring aproaches. I'd offer to go out for coffee and dessert...but I hate coffee and am trying real hard to stay away from the not so great desserts
