Starting a new "me"

I am a Stay at home mother of 2 boys (one is 7 and the other is 10 months) and a wife to the best husband anyone could ask for!!!
Recently diagnosed with high blood pressure at the young age of 24....completely disappointing but I refuse to let it bring me down, I can beat this weight and I will not turn around this time!!

I am so sick of telling myself every year that "this is it, im going to do it" and then the next year rolls around and either im the same or ive ...

My Goals:
I would LOVE to be happy again with how I look and the clothes i wear. It has been a long time.

***start drinking more water and totally stop sodas/fruit juices.



My Program:
I will be doing cardio 3-4 days a week
tues,thurs,sat & sun(maybe)

Probably treadmill most of the time because I love to walk. from between 30-60 minutes working my way up.

On Mon,Wed,Fri I will do a total body workout at the gym that will last 25-30 minutes.

***Counting calories and keeping a journal

***Joining some various classes at gym like cycling,swimming, etc..

***When I get hungry/bored I have been keeping frozen berries in the freezer and I grab about 1 cup full and slowly munch on them...frozen rasberries are the best...it gets rid of the sugar crave and chewing...and i think being frozen does something too idk...but i like to think it does lol

I will be doing a weekly weigh in for myself.
