We need to go riding again! Dan had suggested doing some riding down in the keys, and I think that sounds great! Christopher said that he is considering training for a century with me. I'm still training for a triathlon, but it may be November before I can actually race. I'll keep you posted and let me know if you guys want to go riding anytime soon! Love you!

What was the goodie for? I haven't been on in several days. Jodi sent me information about the long term effects of acid-inhibitors and I found a program to get off of Prilosec. While I'm doing this, I'm not doing SparkPeople -- I'm sure to be coming in way below my calories every day. Barely eating because of the acid.

The good news is that each day seems to be a little better. I even ate a full meal tonight, and 30 minutes later, the acid tide hasn't flooded in, yet. When my stomach is stabilized, I'll be back.

This is the link that got me started: http://goo.gl/JLh0

Enzymes with each meal. DGL Licorice before each meal. Mastic gum twice/day. Seems to be helping.

Thank you for your support. I couldn't have accomplished what I have without you. And if I accomplish what I want to in 2010 it will be with your help.
