I've found that for me, taking daily/weekly photos of myself really help to keep me motivated. I either see things I want to improve or I see how far I've come, and want to keep going! Maybe that will help for you? Don't get discouraged! I know it's hard, but it's totally worth it! :) Besides, with God all things are possible, right? :)

Hi!! It's so great that you've set up your page and everything. I love it! It's going to be a journey but we're in it together.
I was reading a Jillian Michaels book and it said that "before" pictures are great, but she likes taking "goodbye" pictures instead. I love the idea that it's not "before and after". It's goodbye to old habits, hello, new healthy us!
God bless you in your efforts as you reach your goals!
