NEW STUFF AT THE TOP*
I'm 31- back up to 270 pounds (YIKES!) A new gym opened just a couple blocks from my apartment so I am re-dedicating myself to getting healthy! We got our memberships back in July, but they just opened yesterday (Oct 5/12) I am going for my first workout today.

I'm 29, newlywed and 250 pounds. (BMI=37!) My heaviest was fall of 2005, I was 275 pounds. I joined a gym and had a personal trainer, I ate better. By August of 2006 I was down to 205! then changes in my life (moving 8 times over 3 years) made it hard to get into a routine again. I slowly gained the weight back. Now I am married, settled and in a place where I want to get to a healthy weight before I start trying to have a baby. (hopefully we will be in a financial place to start TTC by late 2011)

I'm going to work out at our apartment complex gym, pack healthy lunches and track everything i eat! small changes will hopefully lead to bigger ones!

to eat healthier, smaller portions and less junk food.

I want to be healthier in general before I start to try to get pregnant

My Program:
I've done this before I can do it again! Trying to lose at least 50 pounds, hopefully closer to 80.
Eating better is the easy part, I need to figure out how to move more. And it would sure help if I could motivate my hubby too!!!

Jenny- Thanks for stopping by my blog and for the great advice! Yep, red wine (my favorite) had antioxidants, but I just have to remember that I don't need wine AND dessert at every meal- LOL.
