    Thank for your comment on my blog and for your concern!

    I was trying to boost my very slow (euphemism) metabolism during one week of Juice fast (same calorie range, nothing unhealthy).
    I was not deprived, don't worry! It was not a diet I was going to follow on the long run, it was supposed to be just 1 week to reboost my metabolism. I thought that avoiding high carbs would make a difference; in my case, it didn't.

    Unfortunately, I suffer from hypothyroidism and I have an underactivity of adrenal glands, I have been having ups and downs for the last 5 years (if only it was 5 days!) and the way my body reacts is totally unpredictable.
