My Goals:
Continue with the FMD diet which is the one that FINALLY seems to work for me!

My Program:
I followed FMD religiously for the first 28 days (as suggested) and I now, mostly follow. I am working on adding in exercise as I have recently slacked off in that area.



Personal Information:
live in southern Italy with my Italian husband and two boys.
I teach English as 'lettrice' at the local university.

Favorite quote: for my body, too much food is damaging. I need my body to live. I owe my body respect and protection. Unnecessary food is a burden on my body. I'm going to shed what I don't need.

Hello Traci,
I just read what you worte that you need some motivation. I understand you 100%. When you firts start your all on the go and so happy and after a while it feels as if it starts to get really old..

What helps me so much is a few things..
1.I brush my teeth after each meal, this I play tricks wiht my mind that I dont want to dirty them again.
2.I drink a CUP not glass but SONIACUP OF WATER before my meals and at my meals I still drink water with crystal light, I also have a small salad with lunch and dinner.
3.I have in between meals like 100 cal popocorn, 2 hours before dinner I eat something.
4.I grab magazines and cut out things that I like from clothes, to diamond rings to silly stuff..this keeps my midn busy and I paste them in a book. The book is called my dream book..
5.Try and have your dinner late like at 6:50 this will tie you over some what the night, and if you do get hungry grab popcorn it fills you up fast..
6. STAY BUSY with your hand get online and start chatting with anyone..There is always people on here to just chat away..YOUR NEVER ALONE WE ARE ALL A TEAM IN HERE..

YOUR ON SOME GREAT TEAMS,YOU CAN DO IT!! LOOK HOW FAR YOU GOT ALREADY!

Hello there, I hope that you had a great weekend and that all is going great with you. Always remember that if you ever want to vent I am a spark mail away.

Be good to yourself! Life is so busy, it's probably been a while since you asked,"what makes me happy?" Or maybe you worry that taking some "ME" time will take away from people you care about. But (you're important,too)!
