My Weightloss Journey

At fifteen I weighed the most I have in my life at 275lbs, being so young and being so big put a big dent in the confidence factor of my life. But since then I have lossed somewhere around 100lbs and have kept it off. Now I am back on the weight loss wagon to hopefully diet and exercise another 30-40 lbs off my body. My goal is the be around 145-155 lbs before the end of January! I know that seems a litte drastic but I have managed to lose about 40lbs in three months so I think it is possible.

My Goals:

Be a more active and fit person to help feel better about myself.

My Program:
My plan is to follow the slim fast weight loss program, workout more often, consume more water in my day, and make healthier food choices.
