Finally ready for a lifestyle change
So you know that lifestyle change everyone always says you need to make if you really want to lose the weight? I'm making it. And I'm doing it because I deserve to pay attention to myself in ways that are healthy and beneficial, which I'm hoping will help me make good decisions about food and exercise as a side benefit.

My Goals:

My Program:
I'm following SparkPeople's nutritional guide to lose 2 pounds per week as well as attempting to work out 5 times a week with at least 3 strength training sessions.
