Living Healthy, Island Style
I'm a 20-something trying *again* to drop the pounds. I used SP over 5 years ago and lost almost 30 pounds! Then I was a very active undergraduate. Now I'm a new mommy working full time at a desk. Last year I started running and would like to pick that up again. I will need to get more creative with my time, though. Stay awhile and browse my page and blog posts. My Goals:
-Lose 10% of my body weight (21 lbs) by 06/01/2013 by staying within my calorie range and exercising 3X a week. -Lose 20% of my body weight (42 lbs) by 12/01/2013 -Have a healthy BMI by 03/01/2014 -Be an inspiration. Always.
My Program:
Because the SP program has worked for me before, I'm gonna work this program, again, for me. More specifically, I plan to drink more water, eat more fruits and veggies, and cut back on sugar.
