I want to be proud of myself again...I want to regain the confidence I once had...I want to be as healthy as I can be....for myself as well as my family. My weight has fluctuated for years, I find that I am an emotional eater. I am hoping with the tools and support provided here, I can break this cycle.

I am a married mother of two grown sons, my oldest son is in heaven now due to a motorcycle accident. My husband and I are both Park Rangers at Anastasia State Park.
