I'll admit to being a fan of roti and dumb bread - I just did online searches to get approximate calories for those, and then input the info into my food tracker and saved it to my "favorites" - so that way I have it for next time (like Carnival). I totally don't go with the menu - right now I'm having broccoli and leftover pad thai for lunch - won't see that on the menu, LOL.
I'm guessing you might want to get a tart or mutton stew or kallaloo recipe, input all the ingredients in the SparkRecipe calculator, and divide by number of servings - then you can save that info in the food tracker, too.
