Tweaking the Life

I am a 42 year-old mother of 3 kids under the age of 8. I stay home with them. I have worked out for about the last 6 years with regularity and have lost about 60lbs total. That was baby weight+20lbs that shouldn't have been there! I Right now I work out about 60 minutes a day 4-5 times a week. I want to continue that and possibly add to it. That was baby weight+20lbs that shouldn't have been there! I Right now I work out about 60 minutes a day 4-5 times a week. I want to continue that and possibly add to it. I want to find some healthier recipes; develop better coping mechanisms for stress and anxiety. In all honesty, I would like to lose 10-15 pounds (I have the number 135 stuck in my head) but the reality is that I have been between 135 and 150 for the last 5 years and I look good and feel good. So losing weight would be an extra bonus if it happened.
