My Goals:
I lost all of my goal weight, and then some. My issue now is toning. While losing the wait I didn't exercise one day. So what I lost was muscle; not fat. I'm jiggly all over. Now my goal is to be solid; not buffed with a six pack. I just want to be firm.

My Program:
I just came a Ross a work-out program in which I take just seven minutes and do twelve exercises, each for 30 seconds. Let's do this!!!

I am on a spiritual journey. I was recently baptized into the Unity movement. The emphasize a positive path for spiritual living. I have a new lease on life. One of hope and well-deserved abundance, prosperity and un-conditional love.

These spiritual explorations keep me grounded and focused. I hope to channel this energy toward my exercise goals.
