I am one of the many young women who suffers from MARRIAGE. Living with a man naturally made me start eating tons more food and since we got married nearly 3 years ago I've gained almost 60 pounds!! I'd love to at least get back to where I was and have a more fit and healthy lifestyle.
Me and hubby have started a buddy system for going to the gym. We go together, spot each other, push each other and give each other "incentives" *wink* We also have a small gym at work that we can visit freely and we signed up for a health coach through our health insurance to keep in touch with us and check in on our goals. I only look at the health and fitness page on Pinterest to keep up my motivation and now I've found a great community in Spark! I know that with this motivation all around me I have no excuse for failure!
