6-7 little meals a day really works!!!!

This website is so much fun, a GREAT tool. Since I have been doing the meal planer and logging my food I have been able to eat properly and reach my right weight.

My Goals:

My Program:
Eating 35% protein,45% carbs(complex)20% fat
Eating as clean as I can. I eat clean almost 100% of the time.
To learn more about Nutrition and fitness.
Building up some muscle.


Personal Information:
Used to weigh 63-65 kilos (139-145 pounds) for many years. I was a very thing kid. Turning 16 years old I begun to put so much weight on by eating candy and too much carbs and good food in general. Good food makes you fat too.
For 5 years I have kept the weight off.
I love lifting weights. I love cardio.
I love the results I have gotten.
I love my husband.
I love my family.
I love my LIFE!!!

Other Information:
Love whey protein.
Not to white flour and all carbs that changes into sugar quickly.
Oatmeal lover.
Eating 7 little meals is the way to go. CLEAN EATING is the key.
Patience is the other one!
It's all about egg whites and oatmeal!!!
If you don't burn it you'll store it. So do not eat more than you really need to.
Self-control. I love chocolate but I have it once in a month. I eat only ONE square.
Cheat meals should be something that won't make you pack too many calories.

Hello my name is Monica and I just wanted to say congratz on meeting your goals! You look great and I agree with the small meals a day thing. This week I started eating 5 small meals a day and I've lost 4lbs already. Seeing you meet your goals help me see that I can do it as well if I put my heart and mind to it!

Stumbled across your spark page and I have to say, wow! You are a huge inspiration! I was just wondering if you had any tips for eating the 6-7 meals a day, as I'm interested in going that route (I usually have 3 meals a day). So if you could give me info about doing that then that would be great.. also I'm vegetarian, so I'm not sure how I would do the 7 small meals a day that way as I need protein. Oh and tips on gaining muscle tone would be great too!!!! Hope to hear back from you.

Hi~

Thanks for visiting my Sparkpage! I love the fact that you are really building muscle. DH just made a deal with me. I go to the gym with him and he goes low carb. We started last week and seeing your Sparkpage has given me some added incentive. I will check back and see if you update your pics along the way!
