Stumbled across your spark page and I have to say, wow! You are a huge inspiration! I was just wondering if you had any tips for eating the 6-7 meals a day, as I'm interested in going that route (I usually have 3 meals a day). So if you could give me info about doing that then that would be great.. also I'm vegetarian, so I'm not sure how I would do the 7 small meals a day that way as I need protein. Thanks for visiting my Sparkpage! I love the fact that you are really building muscle. DH just made a deal with me. I go to the gym with him and he goes low carb. We started last week and seeing your Sparkpage has given me some added incentive. I will check back and see if you update your pics along the way!
