Transformation Time
So much in my life is transforming and so much of my life is about transformation, this is one area of my life that has stuck like glue to a certain way of being. I have created a powerful intention to transform this area of my life now too.

My Goals:
I like my sister Jen's idea of having benchmarks rather then goals. Here are the ones I am intending: 40" waist 40 lengths of the pool doing crawl without stopping. Adjustable height desks in the office and taking 10,000 steps a day anywhere and everywhere.
My Program:
Food consciousness through moderation and restraint. Measuring and tracking the food I eat. 10,000 steps a day and swim 3x a week, maybe adding some sort of strength training in later.
