Living a Healthier Life!

Hi everyone...this is basically me doing my best to live a healthier life. Getting rid of excuses to avoid work-out and picking up healthier eating habits. :)

I don't want to lose weight, but to tone myself and be able to walk up the stairs without getting winded. And of course, have a body of which I can be proud of.

Choose Low-Fat Protein – emoticon (dark poultry, fish and tofu ar)

Work Out - emoticon Join a group fitness class.

Visit the team! BORICUAS AND FRIENS! emoticon Stay in touch with the group. Find the Emotional support needed!
