After being a yo yo dieter for over twenty years I decided to change my outlook. From now on my intension is to eat properly, train like a woman obsessed and stop suffering from portion distortion. My Goals:
My goals are to get fit, loose that fat and change it to muscle. Having already lost four stone I have the final ugly stone of wobbly fat to lose.........And . . . . . It's finally stating to move. I have started TRX training and it seems to be doing the trick.
My Program:
I am trying to stay within my nutrition planner and i am training four times a week, All in all enough effort to shed the pounds but will it work?
Personal Information:
Nottingham born and bred. However I now live the life of riley on a little island somewhere in the Irish Sea. Not quite the tropical island that I asked for but apart from the weather, it is the perfect place to live.
Other Information:
I have just figured out that muscle weighs heavier than fat. No wonder I am not loosing weight, but the fat is reducing, only a little bit but it's a start.
