After being a yo yo dieter for over twenty years I decided to change my outlook. From now on my intension is to eat properly, train like a woman obsessed and stop suffering from portion distortion.

I am new to Sparkpeople and from the support I have received from fellow sparkpeople I realise that no matter how hard you find it there is always someone out there with a pearl of wisdom to help you through.

My Goals:
My goals are to get fit, loose that fat and change it to muscle. Having already lost four stone I have the final ugly stone of wobbly fat to lose.........And . . . . . It's finally stating to move. I have started TRX training and it seems to be doing the trick.

My Program:
I am trying to stay within my nutrition planner and i am training four times a week, All in all enough effort to shed the pounds but will it work?

Personal Information:
Nottingham born and bred. However I now live the life of riley on a little island somewhere in the Irish Sea. Not quite the tropical island that I asked for but apart from the weather, it is the perfect place to live.

Other Information:
I have just figured out that muscle weighs heavier than fat. No wonder I am not loosing weight, but the fat is reducing, only a little bit but it's a start.

Hi Isabella...thanks for stopping by and writing me those two notes. I have been down with the flu and am just recovering. Have had to play it safe as we have been having lots and lots of rains...thanks to a tropical depression....but the worst is over and I am back on my own two feet [smile].

Take care....and keep on Sparking!!!

Thanks for stopping by my page! Actually, things are going great...part of the reason is I have gotten more sane about my approach to all of this--which is making it a lot easier...Hope you are having a great day!

Hi Isabella
Thanks for checking up on me.....unfortunately, I don't have good news to report. As you know I changed jobs in July...and that has started a weight gain...can't understand why...possibly because I am less stressed...since then I have gained approximately 8lbs. which I am desperately trying to lose.

Anyway, thanks for the connection...I do appreciate your friendship. Hope you are doing well....well, I can see your scale is now moving to the left...smile.

Take care...lots of hugs
Sherrie

Thank you! There's no secret! Just clean eating, and smart training! Finally done yo-yo dieting, binging, and having an awful relationship with food. I did Body for Life. It really changed me inside and out. It was 12 weeks, not 2 months, BTW. =)
Take care!!! Mica
