Hi there, my fellow Yummy Mummy! This is late but I just wanted to stop by to offer my encouragement. Congrats on making Yummy Mummy of the Week! Word is you've been hard on yourself for having treats. Don't worry! All is not lost from one--or even a few--indulgences. Just get back on track the next day. And whatever craziness the day brings, always make time to at least write down what you're eating, even if you can't find a moment to log the calories on SP. You'll probably see the treats aren't so bad--1/2 cup vanilla ice cream is almost the same calorie count as some frozen yogurts, for example. And keeping track also allows you to compensate for treats--so they are no longe "bad" foods you can't have, just foods you have less of. Anyway, just my two cents. Take care! 1927 days ago
