Moving to a Better Isa

My Goals are to loose weight and be healthier.
On 9/15/13 I started a new streak to motivate my walks and stationary bike rides: I'm doing a virtual road trip from Jacksonville, FL to CA. 2675 miles total. Let's walk those pounds!!!!!

Weight Goals: Be Below the 170's and loose 5% body fat by Aug 25, 2013.


My Program:
Working out at least 500 minutes per week.
Increase the strength training.

Personal Information:
I was born in Cuba spent 22 month in Madrid, Spain before I came US 47 years ago, I feel Union City, NJ is my home town. Got married in July 18th, 1971 and we moved to South Florida in May 1973. We have two daughters and four grand kids, oldest is a boy and three girls ages 20/20/17 & 12. My pry & joy.

Other Information:
Enjoy the Ocean and to travel by car/truck/RV, see the Country side. Like comedy and romantic movies, soft music to relax. I have learned to love exercise with SP.

Thanks, Issy. Once we made it through the rain in Georgia the weather was pretty good though extremely cloudy. We had some snow today but not much more than flurries.

Focus on one goal at a time to become a healthier you. Develop an action plan for each goal and finish what you start. Each positive change will lead you to better results. A note to myself. Thought I would share! take your vitamins, eat your fruits and veggies, drink lots of water, exercise and get plenty of rest. These things will help keep you healthy during these cold winter months. emoticon emoticon
