Iron Journey

My first go round with SP started in 2007 when I was 260 lbs. and inactive. That's also when I started triathlons. It took about a year to get down to 200 lbs. Since I've hovered around 200 during the tri season and seem to pop up to about 220 during the off season. Time to get down to 190 and see if I can't get a bit faster in some upcoming triathlons.

Thank you for the weighted ball workout link. That looks really good. (Now, I'm not going to come away from that looking like Gerard Butler in 300, am I? LOL j/p) Wow, you have made alot of progress. But if you're doing marathons and triathlons then you already know that, huh? LOL Anyway, thanks for the info!
