Ultimate goal is to drop 75 pounds. Primarily, this has to be done through healthy eating. So my second goal is to eat healthy by habit, not by strength of will.
I do an hour at the gym every morning on the way to work. Usually three days of cardio and two strength training a week. But a trainer told me he's never seen a workout program you couldn't eat your way out of, so I'm logging everything I eat. This was an eye opener in itself. I have a desk job and it's amazing what you can chew through in front of a computer in a day. I'm psyched about this and appreciate the encouragement and support.
I'm an army veteran and native of upstate South Carolina. My wife and I live in sight of the Blue Ridge Mountains. I ride a motorcycle about 11 mounths out of the year and my wife is a bicyclist. I can be reached via e-mail at Ironcutter@aol.com or on Facebook.
My favorite quote - A veteran is someone who at some point signed a check to their country in the amount of "Up to and including my life."
Thanks for stopping by and the compliments on the bikes...I'm not sure where you're from but it's almost time to put them away for the year around here! If you ever have any questions about this site or need help with anything, just look me up. If I can help, I will. Have a great evening...adding you as a friend!
