The struggle to find myself and how I want to be.

I'm 22 and some how I have managed to let myself go over the years of University. I'm 5"6 and right now I weigh 213. I love to play ultimate frisbee and do heavy lifting! Ever since I started lifting last year I've become addicted to it.

My Goals:
1. Deadlift double my friends body weight (240)
2. Get down to 150 lbs
3. Eat more healthy, nutritious, and clean food
4. Lose body fat!
5. Last but not least be happier with my body and appearance

My Program:
Day 1: power and agility circuit, Front Squat, kettlebell side plank, battle ropes

Day 2: power and agility circuit, deadlift, bench plank, pushups, battle ropes

Day 3: power and agility circuit, bench press, split squats, slide board
