Sticking to it with self discipline!

Hi! My name is Shannon, I'm 43 and the mother of two. As I've aged, I've found the pounds creeping up since the birth of my two daughters. Since they are both nearing teen years, this is no longer an excuse! I'm a vegetarian (near vegan) and work out consistantly, but have had trouble dropping more than a few pounds. I know the disipline of tracking my meals and exercise will help show me what's NOT working.

Lose 1.5 lbs a week (slow and steady wins the race!) Continue working out at least 3 times per week.

My Program:
Track food daily, staying close to 1200 calories per day. Work out 3 times per week.
