My Goals:
I'd like to be happy with myself. I have a 165/170 weight goal and a size 10/12 goal... but ultimately I really just want to feel good about myself... and be healthy... and I'd loooove to have a flat stomach.

My Program:
I'm throwing the old out the window and starting fresh... which basically means I'm trying to figure out what my plan is.

Hey lady! Yeah I ran onmy own last night but I walked more than I have been--I think I might have increased my pace without meaning to. I am feeling better and I am vowing to come back strong and do all my runs this week so we can hang with 2 mi next Wednesday!! Missed you guys!

I go to a Zumba class held at the Winewood (DCF) complex on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It's from 5:30-6:30 and I really like the instructor. I try to make it to at least one of the two classes a week and if it is not a very busy week, I can get to both. I've been going since January. I LOVE Zumba--it is so much fun! How was your Zumba experience?

Thanks for the link--i signed up for the Virtual 5K. I think another friend is going to be doing the running class too! I pushed through the heat and ran Monday and although I missed my Zumba class yesterday, I crosstrained by swimming laps at Myers Park. I'm going to do my C35K training podcast this afternoon after work--maybe at Lake Ella or another park. Let me know if you want to join me.
