My Goals:
I'd like to be stronger and leaner and walk with a lighter step. Surviving is not the goal, thriving is!

My Program:
I have tossed a lot of things together from different programs to come up with one that works for me. I keep my total calorie count to 1,200-1,600 per day eating four 400 calorie meals. I include protein with all meals and make fruit part of the meal. That helps with my sweet tooth. A spoonful of Smucker's Peanut butter is my secret weapon when I am starved. I drink tons of green tea, no sweetner of course. Salads with baby spinach are great for dinner, 1/2 the bag is one serving and only 20 calories so I can eat well and feel full on great stuff.

Personal Information:
I'm from Cleveland, land of "Just wait until next year" teams and great ethnic diversity. I'm Irish and Italian, mother of two grown children, an x-ray technician with a specialty in Mammography and Bone Density.

Other Information:
I love to ride my bike, hike and walk our Metro Parks and patio perch. OSU and PSU football is a must in the fall.
