My long term goal is to lose 207 pounds (yes, 207 -- my starting weight was 397 pounds at 5'2"). I'd like to be more active and healthier.

Other Information:
I love to go to the movies. Also, I enjoy detective, mystery, and suspense novels. Cats are my favorite animal (I'm owned by two.)
