Hi there thanks for the mail today. Yes you are right my numbers are doing well. Spark is really working for the old lady here. I am 67 years young and saw you wrote you might be too old for Spark.
I was blown away this morning to discover I am A MOTIVATOR of the DAY on Spark. I have been helping as a co-leader on the 8 week diabetic challenge so it takes so much of my time I have been missing threads on 50/50. I miss the people there. My very first real Spark Friend was Barbara. Librarian 101, you goodies from her remind me i should say hello to her Than you Pat in Maine. emoticon emoticon emoticon

My first name is Kay. I'm glad you were able to move to Bristol and be close to your family. The cost of living is so much less in Tennessee than elsewhere. It's nice.
