Are you afraid to try or afraid to fail?

Well, I'm a previous SP-er and did very well. Unfortunately, a car accident later and then just pure laziness, I gained it back, plus some.

Now I'm focused to losing it again and living a healthier lifestyle, including work, life, friends, attitude, EVERYTHING!

My Program:
1. FITBIT ONE!!! 12,000+ steps daily

2. 30+ min cardio 4 days a week and 2 days lifting per week

3. Use SP/fitbitas motivators to keep my health on the brain

4. weigh daily to keep in check, but only use 2x a month for OFFICIAL weigh in

5. Aim for 7 quality hours of sleep a night

6. WATER WATER WATER

7. Go for min 60 min walks outside twice a week until I can run

8. Modified planks every other morning to strengthen my back (once my broken wrist is healed)

9 Begin walk-to-run program beginning once my broken wrist is healed (hopefully October 15 or so I can get clearance)
