Debbie's Lifestyle Change

Hello - I have had a lot of happy changes in my life the last year. I met a wonderful man (Glen, my fiance), and became pregnant shortly after dating. We had our little boy (Caelen Gregory) in late December (I also have a wonderful little girl, Kelly, almost 7 from a first marriage). I am just starting to get back into shape, and have been back at work now almost 4 weeks (ugh). I am trying to make healthier food choices, and get back to my normal size 8. Hello - I have had a lot of happy changes in my life the last year. I met a wonderful man (Glen, my fiance), and became pregnant shortly after dating. We had our little boy (Caelen Gregory) in late December (I also have a wonderful little girl, Kelly, almost 7 from a first marriage). I am just starting to get back into shape, and have been back at work now almost 4 weeks (ugh). I am trying to make healthier food choices, and get back to my normal size 8. I am also trying to get under 140lbs which is what I was about 1 1/2 yrs ago so not that much of a stretch. But since I have added running to my weekly exercise, I am hoping that I can attain and keep at 135 lbs.

Goals:
Lose 21 lbs by August.
Stay fit
Fit into Size 8 "Skinny Jeans"
Try on wedding dresses when I reach 144 lbs

My Program:
I am eating fit - at least 3 fruit/veggies a day and trying to eat lower cal/higher protein foods.
I am running 3 days/week and playing 2 hockey games/week.
I am trying to do strength training now at least 1 day/week.
I am drinking tons of water - about 80 oz/day

Personal Information:
I have two awesome kids. I have a wonderful fiance. I love reading romance and murder mystery books but I get hooked. I love to scrapbook but not enough time. I also recently became totally addicted to Sodoku games!

HI there! How was your 4th? Thanks for the encouraging comment emoticon I'm pretty excited but at the point where I need to start becoming creative with my workouts lol. I think we will try and hike Mission Peak either this Sunday or next. Have you been up there lately? The last time I hiked it I was about 12 LOL! Should be entertaining to say the least. emoticon
