My Goals:
I know these are very shallow goals but they are honest.

1) I would like to not be my son's "big mommy".

2) I would like to be more active and eager to do fun things.

Functionality Challenges:
-Can't sit without supporting myself.
-struggling to get up off the couch
-bending over without stomach rolls choking me
-contstantly fixing my shorts, bra elastic, sleeves to try to improve the comfort
-trying to loosen my shirt when seated to hide rolls
-going out less and less with my boyfriend's friends as they know I've gained alot of weight
-feeling bloated, stretched, overfull constantly causing me to have no motivation
-sitting in an airplane seat that hurts my hips and shoulders touch the person beside me
-falling, falling, falling up and down the stairs cause I am so clumsy with the extra weight
-starting to have sore knees
-starting to snap, crackle, and pop to get up in the morning
-can't sprint to catch my d

My Program:
Change my attitude about food back to:
1) Food is only for nourishment and we only need so much to thrive.
2) Food is not the centre of entertainment, friends are so I will interact more.
3) Exercise daily, even if it is only to walk my growing furry puppies. That is more than I am doing now.
3) Track my food. Track my food. Track my food. Track my food, etc.

Personal Information:
I am a mother of 3. My girls are 23 and 13, my boy is 11. I have a wonderful man in my life. I struggle with social anxiety at times, and recurrent depression. Otherwise I am an easygoing country girl.
