My Goals:
I plan to lose 34 pounds more to reach my goal weight.

I am taking baby steps back. Week one...get back into teams, a few days of week of cardio and being more conscious of the types of foods I am eating.

Week Two: Continue taking the steps from week one and mentally be more committed to strength training. Add water intake in to committment. Be more consistent with calcium supplement.

Calcium supplements

More fruits and vegetables
