My Goals:
I plan to lose 34 pounds more to reach my goal weight. I am taking baby steps back. Week one...get back into teams, a few days of week of cardio and being more conscious of the types of foods I am eating. Week Two: Continue taking the steps from week one and mentally be more committed to strength training. Add water intake in to committment. Be more consistent with calcium supplement.

I feel like a new woman over the course of the last two and a half years. I love who I have become and continue to see where I go on this journey in life. I have so much more to encounter and love life. I have given my life over to God and it is so much better now.
