I recently found out that besides having Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis, I now have an aneurism in my aorta (In the upper section). Now I have to very carefully watch my sodium intake. They told me that right now, it is at 4.5, which isn't too bad.
I am back where I started again, at 211 lbs., and very, very tired, so now I have to start all over again exercising and trying to eat healthy (not only for appearance, but also to save my life).
The treadmill in my living room is just sitting there collecting dust, so after having been lazy long enough, it is time for me to dust it off and get going again.
Best of luck to all of you in your healthy eating and exercising routines!

Anything else you would like to tell people. Could include things like your favorite books or movies, a quote, anything.
I like reading self-help and true-to-life books. I also like reading autobiographies about famous people. I like romantic movies. My mother is incentive to me, because she doesn't exercise, and she watches TV 12 hours a day, then complains about her aching bones, knees, arthritis, etc.

Jibbie49, you are so funny, asking me if I have been to BoraBora or the South Sea Islands (I wish). I live in the Chicago area, and my doctor told me that all it takes to get skin cancer is a few bad burns (which I had when I was younger).
I once stayed on my bike for 12 hours, just riding around the neighborhood. Another time, I didn't know I was burning when I was laying out in the backyard. I fried on one side, and then flipped over and fried on the other side.
BWCAGRL, why did you move out of Chicago, and where do you live now? How do you like it there?
