Wow, you are 9 LBS DOWN!!!!! That is so AWESOME!!! I lost 9 lbs this month too so I KNOW how good it feels. I'm going to set up a grocery bag with 9 lbs worth of stuff, right near my bed and every time I go in my room I'm going to "curl" it! But I'll wait till the 31st in case I lose one or two more lbs lol

Anywayz I stopped by to see how you were doing today. I'm going well, I now have 4 days of tae kwon do behind me and (finally) I am sore! YAY!

i took karate years ago...i was heavy...a bit above 200 and i loved it! did good until i twisted my knee.

How are you doing today? And did you get some good fitness in yesterday? You are really doing fantastic, don't let yourself get discouraged! 2012 is going to be the year that we reach our goals! We just have to make it happen. And today is the day we get to decide how much we'll weigh this time next year!

Yesterday was my first day of tae kwon do. I felt so ridiculous in the uniform plus it BARELY fit. But then about halfway through the class (I was working with the owners wife who is a 4th degree black belt), she told me that she started at age 38 and weighed over 200 lbs. It really made me feel better. I could barely keep up but I know if I keep this up for a year and watch what I eat too, this time next year I will be so much thinner and healthier!
