quiet focus, fierce determination

Well I suppose the title says it all. Im 29 years old 5'6" and I have been overweight almost my entire life. its been an up and down battle forever. This time last year i weighed 272 pounds. I am holding at around 190-200 it varies depending on how I workout. I have shadowfat so no matter how much I lost I still think Im that 275 pound girl who hides away from everyone so she isnt seen and embarrassed. I have battled depression and finally decided there is life out there and Im not doing ...
Well I suppose the title says it all. Im 29 years old 5'6" and I have been overweight almost my entire life. its been an up and down battle forever. This time last year i weighed 272 pounds. I am holding at around 190-200 it varies depending on how I workout. I have shadowfat so no matter how much I lost I still think Im that 275 pound girl who hides away from everyone so she isnt seen and embarrassed. I have battled depression and finally decided there is life out there and Im not doing myself any favors by sitting here wasting it and being lazy.

I do have my motivation. I have 4 wonderful children and an amazing man waiting for me to get my head out of the sand. He hasa quote that he uses Im not sure who its by but it fits my situation perfectly "to become angry at your own perception would be to have a fist fight with your imaginary friend" Frankly, Im tired of my imaginary friend kicking my butt.

So with my quiet focus on what I need to do and my fierce determination on getting it done all I can say is let's get this done
