Hi. My Name is Sharon. I am 27. I have decided to take time out for myself. I am one of those people that helps everyone out except for myself. ITS MY TURN.

I AM READY TO LOOSE 2DAY.

In November 2009 I was diagnosed with PCOS(its no cure yet) .If you don't control it, you can be diagnose with pre-diabetes (I dont want that). I know I could have done so much better, but sometimes you are just having so much fun you just go with the flow.

I am in control of getting my life back to where I want it to be. With the help of friends and my sparkpeople company I and WE can all make it happen for myself and everyone.

THIS IS WHERE THE BUCK STOPS.

Ready for a new me. New to facebook I would love for some help on my weight loss journey.

As of 2010 I am ready to jump on the weight-loss wagon and get it going right. I have had some setbacks but I am back on track. I wasn't loosing weight like I wanted to so I did this:

1. Joined a gym *Done March 2010*
2. I am a member of weight watchers *Done Feb 2011*

Cardio(elliptical,bike) 3-4x a week.

Strength training(or bodypump) 2-3x a week.

Zumba class 1-3x a week.

Bodystep 1-3x a week.

At least 45-60 minutes.

Limit fried food and fast food.

Cook healther exercise more.

Drink at least 6 or more cups of water.

Cut out red meat.
