2011 IS THE YEAR OF BECOMING A NEW ME
Hi. My Name is Sharon. I am 27. I have decided to take time out for myself. I am one of those people that helps everyone out except for myself. ITS MY TURN. I AM READY TO LOOSE 2DAY. With the help of friends and my sparkpeople company I and WE can all make it happen for myself and everyone. THIS IS WHERE THE BUCK STOPS. Ready for a new me. I am a member of weight watchers *Done Feb 2011* PAST GOALS * Walked a 5k JDRF- *done on Sept. 2009* *5K Aids Awareness Walk/Run *done June 2010* *Charlottesville Women's Four Miler Run/Walk *done Sept 2010* 1:20 *Suntrust Richmond Marathon 8k Walk/Run *done Nov 2010* 1:15:30 *Charlottesville Women's Four Miler Ruun/Walk *done Sept 2011* 1:02 WEIGHT GOALS 225- hair cut it 3 inches *done*(1-11-11 (223.6) 220-eyebrows & mani *done (6-27-11(219.8)* 215-jeans & purse 210-manicure & have a 60-min personal trainer session 205-shoes 200-trip (anywhere) 195-weekend trip 190-outfit 185-hair & mani & pedi GW 180 *ANYTHING*

My Program:
Cardio(elliptical,bike) 3-4x a week. Strength training(or bodypump) 2-3x a week. Zumba class 1-3x a week. Bodystep 1-3x a week. At least 45-60 minutes. Limit fried food and fast food. Cook healther exercise more. Drink at least 6 or more cups of water. Cut out red meat.
