Workin' on my fitness (to quote Fergie)

I feel like an average woman. Overweight and jealous of the women who have awesome bodies. Unlike the average woman, here I am doing something about this! I started sparking last year to lose weight for my wedding, and now I've gained almost all of it back! I need to focus, and remember that if I keep exercising and eating well I'll be on my way.

Yes, of course I'm doing it for my health, but I also want to be super sexy again!

Awesome!!! Did you do your exhaustion test or is that when you hit Week3?? I am seeing improvements in my strength gains. I have been repeating W1D1 4 times so far (10,12,7,7,9). I am noticing that its getting easier, but :) by the time i complete it I'm pooped. Keep up the good work, glad you liked my slipper video. Funny dog, shes such a sweetheart though. Hope your having a Superb Day! BRING IT!
