My Goals:
I want to arrive at a weight that is healthy and sustainable for me for my whole life! I can't wait to be one size, so I can splurge on a fabulous dress and know that it will always fit me.
My Program:
Fitness: 60 minutes of intentional exercise per day. This is actually how I am managing my moods, but it has a positive affect on my heart, lungs and thighs as well! Food: Plan it! Very little meat, sugar, coffee & alcohol. Lots of whole grains.
Other Information:
One of my biggest sources of inspiration this year is my mom. She has severe arthritis, has had two surgeries this year and relies on pain meds to live in any kind of comfort. I know that staying at a healthy weight, decreasing the toxins force my system to process and living in love with my body will help me avoid a similar future.
