My Goals:
-Find new & interesting ways to stay fit. I get bored easily, so I am always looking into new ways to stay fit! -Eat healthy. Here in Iowa, we as of yet have no stores like a Whole Foods. But, we can still find healthy, organic & locally grown foods.
My Program:
My main program is P90X, but I often times do others, such as INSANITY, TurboFire, Turbo Jam or Hip Hop Abs for something different. I also am working towards being a better runner & will be doing my 2nd 20K this summer.
Personal Information:
I'm 41 & feel better & happier than I ever have in my life, so far! I live in the Des Moines, Iowa area with my husband, 2 sons & 3 fur babies. I work as a trainer & yoga instructor, & also do online personal training (which ends up being lots cheaper than paying for me in person :) I am constantly struggling with staying on track with my workouts & eating, so I know where others are coming from. I love connecting with others doing the same.
