My Goals:
My goal is to lose 24 pounds in the next 3 months.

My Program:
I'm using Sparks to track everything I eat. 1300 - 1660 calories per day. I gave up mini-chocolate bars since they are what brought me to my highest weight ever!

Personal Information:
I'm from a small rural community in eastern Iowa. I have three kids - 21, 19 & 17 (boy, girl, boy) and an English Springer Spaniel that's 12 years old.

Other Information:
Favorite movies: Last of the Dogmen, Dances with Wolves, Legends of the Fall, Sahara, etc. I'm also a big fan of Louis L'Amour western books.
I love to hike in the Big Horns & have to get a "Devil's Tower fix" every 1-2 years.
