Hi ~ I have been here on SP since Feb 10, it really helps me stay accountable to myself. I completed the 100 day exercise challenge recently and daily exercise is now a way of life.
I run and swim and my dog demands daily outings whatever the weather.
However, I am easily tempted to eat too much and make poor choices so this is the difficult part of the equation for me.
I am married with two daughters and work full time which can be challenging in itself. I also like to read, ...

I am married with two daughters and work full time which can be challenging in itself. I also like to read, mostly contemporary, I do a little knitting, mostly in the colder months and potter in the garden when it warms up.

I have got out of the habit of tracking food, but this really helped in the early days so I intend to resume.

I can only think Europe may be a bit smarter about McDonalds than Americans? But I don't have anything to back it up, lol. And yeah, pizza is a big downfall for me, but I've learned to make my own so it's not too bad! Take care and have a good week, despite having to go back to work ;-(. Hope you're able to get some running in.

Now that studies are over I need to spring clean and do the garden DH is off 4 days so walking and lunches coffee out. We got free tickets to the now Radio 4 show (Punt and Dennis) for Thur eve so will go to London at lunch time and come back late. Then 35th wedding anniversary on Fri so out for a meal. Lots of eating this week!!
Having a lovely time with my new kittens but just had trouble getting one out of a tree even with a harness on they are trouble

Thanks for the comments on my running blog. Yes, I do the Jeff Galloway training for the half-marathon and it seems that others think I should get both the short and long runs in this week so I will probably follow that advice. Thanks. Kelly
