Hey Vancouver, haven't communicated with anyone for a while. Just wanted to touch base and see how things were going. I saw that you got your wedding dress. CONGRATULATIONS!!! Your before and after pics are awesome! You are rocking it!!! See you in the sparkpages:)

I haven't been keeping up very well with the bootcamp this final week. I'm glad you're still sticking with it, Way to GO!!

I also quit the gym, I just wasn't getting there and was paying for it.........so time to get out and try to make a change and do something new/different.

I have a few DVDs and my basement has just recently been redone, so I have a good area to workout in.... so I'm planning to put the titles of the DVDs, along with the SparkVideos and pick them out of a hat and make a schedule of a DVD & 1 or 2 SparkVideos each day and FOLLOW IT!!

We'll keep track of each other through the status updates etc. I'm not much of a blogger.

Hey Girl!!! Sorry I haven't been on very much this week...my schedule got a bit chaotic....I haven't sparked all week, and I'm finally on today! Yippeee!!! I haven't been following the bootcamp, but, I've kept up with my eating and (somewhat) with my workouts...how are you doing? Are you still going strong with the bootcamp! I took a peek at your before/after pics and girl, you are a rockstar! You look fabulous and congrats on all that hard work paying off!!
