I have been a member of Spark since 07. I have lost 30 lbs or so with Spark and I've fallen off time and time again. As of October 2011, I've been active on spark and I've lost 43 lbs as of today (April 2, 2012). If I can do it, you can do it, just put in the work. Don't talk, dream, wish, desire, want to be fit if you don't put any action behind it. Talk about it and be about it!

2. Eat @ least 5 fruits and veggies a day

4. Lose 100 lbs (after that I'll see how I feel and look and maybe add more goals)

I'm working out from home doing Zumba, Turbo Jam, Denise Austin, Leslie Sansone ANYTHING I can get my hands on!

I'm doing weight watchers tracking my food and attending meetings for the additional support and accountability.

Personal Information:
I am currently in graduate school studying Educational Leadership! I work full time and I am ready to be fit!

Other Information:
I loveeeeeeeeeeeeee love love, music. I love to write, sing, and know general information about the music industry. I love to read and spend quality time with my fam and friends.

I'm still struggling with eating the right foods and tracking. I'm not there all the way yet. I have been going to the gym all this week. Part of my problem is that I haven't been getting the proper rest. Once I get that, I will have the energy to do better and workout harder.
