Working on curvy, healthy, and happy
Like so many people out there I have lost weight and then put on weight. I'm tired of the up and down. I joined this site in 2009 and lost 26 pounds before entering a relationship and putting it all back on. At my heaviest I was probably 260 pounds. I didn't have a scale until I weighed in at 245. Rough day. I've learned so much about food and fitness from Sparkpeople. I made my nutrition and fitness tracker public in order to help hold myself accountable but also to help others ...

I made my nutrition and fitness tracker public in order to help hold myself accountable but also to help others along their journey. Sometimes we just need someone else's frame of reference. After spending most of 2012 at an unintentional maintenance level, I am determined to make 2013 the year of my goal weight.

My Goals:
Cardio 45 minutes daily. Usually out walking with the dog. ST 6 days a week. I alternate arms, legs, and core. It works for me. Eat healthy and clean 90% of the time and still enjoy my relationship with food.
My Program:
I like my routines, but usually eventually mix it up. I try to do at least 45 min of cardio each day and I am working hard to get in at least 15 min of strength training daily as well. Circuit training DVD's are my best friends. I own....4? I think they all have some form of Jillian in them. I like to yell back. I make sure I have one day a week off. Honestly it changes every week. If I need a day off I take it. My goal is to walk or run 15 miles a week.
Personal Information:
I'm an almost late 20's working professional who somehow seems to keep moving across the country for opportunity. I'm trying to live life to the fullest and make sure I have no regrets.
Other Information:
Would be interested in finding a workout buddy in St. Louis. Preferably a female with around 20+ pounds to lose.
